While in Costa Rica, I went with a friend to Isla Tortuga. The tour company puts everyone on a catamaran that heads out of Puntarenas for about an hour and a half. The boat pulls up right onto the beach, and other companies operate snorkeling an kayaking concessions. I tried the snorkeling.
On the way back, we saw rainbows.
